Terms of Serivce ( EN )

🌸 基本規範🌸

支付訂金後即表示同意以下所有條款，請於付款前詳閱。繪師本人保有著作權，可公開於社群與作品集。委託方不得轉售、聲稱為自己作品、私自修改，如需調整請務必溝通。上傳作品請標註 @aijunart 或附出處連結。

💳 付款方式

接受：轉帳 / PayPal(+7%) / clibo第三方(+15%)流程：報價 → 支付 50% 訂金(或100%) → 進入排單 → 製作 → 支付尾款→完稿交付。

🚫 禁止事項

禁止使用於 AI 訓練、NFT、擅自剪輯、或任何違反平台規範之用途。禁止用於非法、歧視、或侵犯他人權益之場合。

🎨 插畫委託注意事項🎨

🖌️ 流程與修改

確認流程：草稿修改 →草稿確認 →完稿修改→完稿確認。草稿：2 次完稿：1次。若您有明確需求請事先提供，若交由我自由發揮，事後不接受大幅修改。

💰 取消與退款

草稿完成後取消：退回 25%。完稿完成後：不退款。若因繪師原因取消：退回全額。

🎨 使用授權

非商業可：個人收藏、頭貼、Banner、圖片分享、自製少量周邊（限自用）。不可：營利用途（直播、廣告）、轉售、商業印製。商業包含：直播、會員回饋、周邊販售、遊戲/廣告圖、合作宣傳。商業使用需額外收費並事先告知。宣傳贈品亦屬商用範疇。

🖌️ 流程與修改

流程：製作 → 表演關鍵禎確認 → 完稿製作→最終調整 → 成品交付。表演關鍵禎：2 次完成後有錯誤就修正，不接受大幅修改(例:加入/刪減表演)

💰 取消與退款

拆件完成後取消：退回 25%。建模製作開始後：不退款。若因繪師原因取消：退回全額。

🎨 使用授權

動畫都會以商業計價包含：營利直播、會員限定回饋、商業合作、遊戲或應用程式使用。動畫可在授權範圍內使用，但不可轉售。

🔹 預約排單規範🔹

如還未確定委託內容但想要先預約檔期可參考此規範進入排單為了確保排程順利與雙方權益，請參考以下規則：📌 排單預約費每個檔期需支付 NT$2,000 作為預排單費用。此費用可保留對應製作時段，並會在後續報價時從正式訂金中扣抵。若需預約多個檔期，請依檔期數量支付相應預約費（例如兩個檔期為 NT$4,000）。📌 正式報價與訂金確認主題與需求後，我將提供正式報價。屆時需支付總金額的一半作為訂金，預約費將從中扣抵。⚠️ 僅在支付正式訂金後，才會開始進行作業。📌 資料繳交期限請於各檔期開始前一個月內提供完整資料與檔案，以利安排後續製作與排程。範例如下：預約1月檔期 ➤ 請於 2025 年 12 月底前提供資料預約5月檔期 ➤ 請於 2026 年 4 月底前提供資料📌 退款與責任說明可退情況：如於製作期開始前一個月取消，預約費可全額退還。不可退情況：若臨時取消（製作期前不足一個月），預約費將不予退還，因製作時段已被保留。若我方無法執行製作，將全額退還預約費。

By paying the deposit, you agree to all of the following terms. Please read carefully before making payment.The artist retains the copyright and may publish the work on social media and in their portfolio.The client may not resell, claim the work as their own, or modify it without permission. Please communicate with the artist if adjustments are needed.When uploading the work, please credit @aijunart or include a source link.

Non-Commercial UseAllowed: Personal collection, profile pictures, banners, image sharing, small-scale self-made merchandise (for personal use only).Not Allowed: Commercial use (streaming, advertising), resale, or commercial printing.Commercial UseIncludes: Streaming, member-only content, merchandise sales, game/ad graphics, and promotional collaborations.Commercial use requires an additional fee and must be communicated in advance.Promotional giveaways are also considered commercial use.

Cancellation after part creation is complete: 25% refund.Cancellation after modeling production begins: No refund.If the artist cancels for any reason: Full refund.

🎨 Usage Rights

All animations are priced for commercial use.Includes: Monetized streaming, member-only rewards, commercial collaborations, and use in games or applications.Animations can be used within the authorized scope but cannot be resold or provided to others.
